Direct connection to the emergency doctor

The availability of emergency doctors in Switzerland is organised differently depending on the region. In some places there is a single number, but in many places the number changes with the doctor on duty. The smartphone app «doccall» provides a remedy here. The app recognises from where someone needs medical help. It automatically calls the practice of the nearest emergency doctor.

The patient app doccall

The «doccall» app reduces the entire complexity of the Swiss outpatient medical emergency service to exactly two buttons: One for the emergency service at your place of residence and one for the emergency service at your current location! Patients are connected - depending on the region - to the responsible call centre or directly to the doctor providing emergency services! After the patient's consent, all master data can be transferred directly via the app. The doctor can immediately concentrate on the medical problem.
